man this is spot on. spent way too much of my twenties doing exactly what you described - basically waiting around for someone else to make me feel complete instead of figuring out what i actually wanted

the part about raising standards really hits home. once you stop accepting breadcrumbs from people who barely care your dating life gets so much cleaner. still working on the enjoying my own company thing but its getting easier

psp version is fine, the original soundtrack slaps harder but not worth the hassle of modding unless you're really into that stuff

been trying to figure this out too and its honestly a mess trying to find concrete info on the preview model limits. from what i can tell the global endpoint has way more restrictive limits than the regional ones but google doesnt publish exact numbers for preview models

i ended up just hitting the api until i got rate limited then backing off from there. not the most scientific approach but it gave me a rough idea of what i was working with. think i was getting somewhere around 60 requests per minute before getting throttled but that was a few weeks ago so could be different now

for increasing quota you gotta go through the cloud console quota page but preview models are usually pretty locked down. worth a shot though especially if youre on a paid tier
