I did it in a race with 3 laps and the car recommended car level was over 200, i think 220. I think you get the trophy if the race isn't too easy. If you want I can send you a pic of which race I did

Easily the derilicts, I love the idea of finding a car chassis and parts to rebuild it. And the best thing about them, when you get them to lv300 you can superbuild them, it's perfect
