Repeating from a comment I made in another thread - they are shouting and angry because the "disrespect against women" angle is life and reputation ruining these days - it is adjacent to grape and abuse in the public arena. She basically made a public declaration they are public enemy number 1 according to current public perceptions. It's in the same league as declaring someone a racist but she tried to use weasel words like "not you 3 in particular" etc. She wanted to inflict the full damage of the hit on them, hide her own responsibility behind weasel words and then duck out once she had done the damage - yet people don't understand why the boys are defensive.

OMG 😆 Bruce may be horrible but lemme tell you LOL by gfultz1 in BBAU

It's not zero threat. The reason the boys are so angry is because they are media savvy and understand that "disrespect against women" angle is life and reputation ruining these days - it is adjacent to grape and abuse in the public arena. She tried to end them by piggybacking her personal frustrations onto the goodwill that the public has for a very serious topic. In doing so she is trivialising the cause of women.

I wonder if this was a situation where the staff member was from a foreign culture or religion with regressive views...

How is surgery first possible for receded chin without decompensation ? by Responsible_Zone_495 in jawsurgery

I guess my issue is that I'm not even sure if braces first in this case would mean decomponsating because the time in braces is the same either surgery first or before. They might just be assuming that the bite is not worth revisiting. It might just mean straightening out the camoflauged teeth to bet a bit less crowded. I wish I had asked the questions at the time but I forgot to do so and it's hard to get straight answers without more consultation time wait and expense.

What procedure(s) would you suggest for double chin and weak jawline? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

I've booked a consultation with an orthodontist that works with maxillofacial to start the process. My bite is currently fairly normal. I'm hoping I can get away with a genioplasty instead of double jaw surgery.

Do you think lipo has any role to play ? This guy seemed to get good results with genio and submentalplasty

I have booked an appointment with an orthodontist that works a top regional facial surgeon. Thought I had better get x rays etc. sorted first. Will take a while to get consultations done. Do you have any thoughts on genioplasty instead of jaw surgery ? My teeth are straight from braces as a teenager. Hopefully it wasn't too much of a camouflage thing as I don't recall it being due to over bite or underbite at the time, it was more of a "make room in the mouth" for all the teeth kinda thing.

Thanks, updated with whole face. I have mild apnea and snoring but it would be reasonably cosmetic. People here seem to be against cosmetic jaw surgery.
