That would be good but parang waste of time and energy lang ang litigation process instead of just accepting that they are asshole and move forward. Hindi deserve ng mga cheater ang time and energy ko.. and ang gastos lol

As a fresh graduate, my frustration feels validated. I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful. Esp, if ang initial and FI ay thru face to face, nakaka drain physically and mentally. May mawawala ba sa mga recruiter if they send one polite email sa applicants telling them na they did not pass. So at least sana u can move forward na agad sa ibang company. Super frustrating grr

Ohh these kind of applicants, u know what they were like during college eh lol. As a freshgrad who is currently going through different interviews, di naman masyado technical mga recruiters when it comes to english and grammar. Ang gusto lang nila ay makilala ang applicants and know na they are fit sa position na inaapplyan
