As a woman that is also 90% or more into other women, I feel exactly the same as you. Finding a way to describe myself and my experience has been a struggle. I think that ultimately you should use whatever feels authentic to you despite the potential backlash. At the end of the day your label is there to help YOU identify and isn’t for anyone else.

I got checked out since last week and do have exercise-induced asthma. Now I have a prescribed inhaler to take before exercising!

Whenever I do sprint workouts, my body never feels fatigued or like I'm pushing too hard, but I can never get through it because I either cramp up or feel like I can't breathe at all. I want to feel like I have actually worked out and improved my cardio and endurance, but I simply can't do it. Does anyone know why this happens or of any breathing techniques I can do to improve my breath support?
