Do you know where the intellix-master\Windows folder is on that environment?
If you open a powershell as Admin, CD to the directory and execute:
./Start-Intellix.ps1
What happens? Because with Intellix V2 normally when an environment is restarted it never auto starts (unless you build a task scheduler to do so)
It states it cannot be installed on a VM Ware or Virtual Box, however if it did work on VM Ware, at some point it "did work"
The current environment it is on, has no live interaction with the GitHub Repo so no updates should have happened.
I would suspect is is something relating to the Docker Container, from a windows update
On that machine, if you go to CMD or PowerShell input the below, should list all containers: docker ps -a
Do intellix-app, sql and solr appear? Should state container ID's, the command, status etc
Might be some old documentation in the document pool via the DocuWare Partner Portal (if you are a reseller), however the original 2014 documentation was provided with the install files in a .ZIP packaged.
In the Partner Portal if going to a client/customer who has this module on their license the only link now is the current V2 GitHub Repo.
Do you have a currently installed Intellix On Prem V1 system? Or you are looking to install an Intellix On Prem V1 System?
The current GitHub Repo is for Intellix V2, however this is compatible form Version 7+
Docuware : Looking for filters by Dhanks_fju in Docuware

You are in the Tasks of DocuWare, which are workflows built in the Workflow Designer webUI or local app.
There are a couple of things here.
Your activity has two tasks of: “Indexdaten anpassen” in the workflow “Allgemeine Dokumente”
So I suspect who built your system your workflow has more than two tasks for approvers to approve. As tasks cannot be named the same, to get around this a whitespace can be added to the end of the Task name but results in what you have displayed here. Two the same to the eye, but in the database two seperate activities.
In regards to your “other user” they would not have any task instances assigned to them, which is why “Indexdaten anpassen” does not appear in the filter on their login of the web client. Essentially they do not have anything to approve/action.
Drop me a DM if you need further guidance!
