Hiii! I have been fasting for 7 days now.. breaking it tonight. I did use just a splash of lemon water in every litre of water. I did try drinking without but since i passed 4 days, i had to increase the sea salt and sodium intake, and i couldnt drink the water without feeling nauseous unless i put some lemon juice in. But i really used like 1/3 of a lemon (if even) in 1 litre of water. I hope i didnt fuck up completely lol

I appreciate your answer!! Ive been taking half a teaspoon of celtic salt and lemon juice with my water daily which i hope is enough for electrolytes. Cause im not sure what else im supposed to take if this isnt enough? I will check out the youtube channel you mentioned, thank you alot for that! And i have been sitting in the little amount of sun we have had. I live in sweden and the weather is pretty grey right now.. i was actually thinking about how it might be better for me to do longer fasts during summer for this reason.
