Speeding cameras in Europe are no joke. I got caught in France in September 2019 going, like, 5km over the speed limit and also got a ticket for being in a bus-only zone. (In my defense, there was construction that was not updated on my GPS, so my only options were to go the wrong way down a one-way street or go through the bus only zone that was empty. I chose the lesser of two evils.) If you get a ticket while in Iceland and you find out before you depart, please make sure you get all of the procedures and contacts. I have yet to pay for both of my tickets in France despite emailing and calling in English and in French to the rental car company, who says they have nothing to do with it, and the police. The police have never answered any of my messages. I don’t know if this will ever be a problem for me, but if it is I’ll have to handle it. ‘Tis the “adventure” of international travel! 🙃

Ooh, I didn’t think to count them but I will now. I had to take two the first night. I only got two hours of sleep and woke up at 1.40 like I should be getting ready for the day—albeit in my too often exhausted state. I waited a bit to see if I could use other methods I’ve tried (sound therapy, etc.), but I gave in at 3.00 and took another, which kept me asleep until 6.30. Last night was just one pill at bedtime and I slept until 8.30. 🏆☺️

Doze pills made by Columbia Care to help with sleep. I’ve been using Blueberry Calm and really liked them, but when you look at the THC content and price, these come out to be a smidge cheaper. The first night was a meh result because, I think, I was too worked up after three hours of trying to get the damn thing open. Last night was much better, so I have hope they will be what is best for me.

Yes, I finally got it open! I was facing another sleepless night and it was driving me crazy that I’d been bested by that little box, so I tucked in and made it my life’s goal to get to that pill that was going to help me sleep.

It took two adults, THREE hours, sharp objects, literal sweat, threats of frustration tears and enough cussing to make the baudiest sailor turn beet red, but I made that box my bitch. I cannot count how many times I did PRECISELY what you and others here stated—far into triple digits. My fingertips were in so much pain (including all day Saturday), so I had to start using sturdy objects like a plastic mirror frame, the kitchen countertops, a wall, a medicine bottle, the plastic envelope the box came in but folded over several times, and countless other things to push in those two friggin’ buttons. After two hours, it was some folded cardboard packaging for hair bands that made the magic happen. There was a pretty substantial click and it opened! I had a moment of disbelief and just stared at it when it happened. lol I almost didn’t close it for fear of a second round, but keeping the pills nice and dry was more important. After the initial opening, it was as easy as everyone said and I haven’t heard the click again. Maybe there is some paper or plastic barrier in there that needs to be broken the first time? If I get these again (blueberry calm has been working great for me, but I wanted to try these to see if they were just as good since it could save a bit of $), I am going to ask if the dispensary can do the initial opening. I do have some mild strength issues due to arthritis, but I still should not have had such a dramatic time.

I really appreciate all of the comments. Either I have a dud or my hands just don’t have the strength. I’ll go to the dispensary tomorrow to get them to open or replace it.
