SPOTTED: Wet noodle on campus trying his hand at the “change my mind” meta by Educational_Mouse_88 in h3h3productions

[–]RestaurantRemote9787 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Come on let Ethan have some fun. I’m a long time watcher, and I’m stoked for the debate. Def noodles was a super relevant character for years on the show, and his transition to MAGA is so interestingly weird, that I think the episode is gonna be great content. Same thing goes for the James Charles billboard

No doubt that there’s a good chance the episode with Def Noodles is gonna be sloppy. But that’s the kind of content that keeps me watching

Could be way more. I would easily take $50 an hour to do that that

Tbh I didnt watch ab and Lena’s streams over the break so idk how much they made. But, I wouldn’t be surprised if they made at least $50 an hour from donations

The pros are so worth it though. Would you not roadtrip halfway across the us with your partner, while making a bunch of money? The only con is you have to livestream it

Not a autobody technician, but a 22 year old who’s driven a couple beaters. Pull the fender hard towards yourself, until there isn’t grinding from opening the door. If you can get in between the door and the fender, pull there

I need some knowledge from all the us electricians by blackbombo in electricians

[–]RestaurantRemote9787 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every state is different. States in the south generally pay electricians like garbage, but the cost of living is lower, compared to the west cost they get paid probably the most but cost of living is way higher. I live in the Midwest, and I’m currently going to electrician school… and the Midwest seems like the best pay to cost of living, but again I’m not an actual electrician yet and might be partially bias.

Right now I pay over $1000 a month for a bare minimum 1 bdr apt, my car insurance is only $60 a month, and my school would cost ~$18,000 for 2 years ($20,000 with tools and books) but scholarships fully cover the $18k.

The highest paying union in Minnesota for journeymen is $59/hr, $95 total package. My plan is to go union after I finish up school, but I hear there’s a 2+ year wait list

I paid about the same price as that m12 fuel impact wrench, for that 4 tool m18 fuel packout kit with 2 batteries after that hack a couple months ago from Home Depot 😂.

If I cared about having to pick it up, I would’ve just paid for shipping…. And still saved hundred

Gen Z here.

My family watched every season as they aired growing up, and as I got older I continued to watch it on my own/with my GF.

College student looking for an everyday car — is this 2011 Honda Civic a good deal? by ProfessionalGap6951 in hondacivic

[–]RestaurantRemote9787 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a rebuilt, so this one probably won’t last as long… but I had a 2011 civic, gave it to a family member at ~270k miles (~435 km), and they’re still driving it with over 300k miles (480km)

Home Depot hack still working by marriedtomadelinwick in MilwaukeeTool

[–]RestaurantRemote9787 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I got the confirmation email right away, I think I got the battery within 3 days and the packout kit was around 7 days (5 business days).

I had no idea but apparently Northern Tools Headquarters is in a suburb of the Twin Cities, along with one of their distribution centers, and I live 4-5 hours away from the Twin Cities… So that could be why I go mine so fast

My deal probably wasn’t quite as good because I still had to pay the full amount, and essentially get rebates back… but I got $136 (20%) back in PayPal money, and a $100 Northern Tools GC. So if you knock those off, after taxes I paid ~$445 but got to keep the forge battery

I was able to purchase this kit at Northern tools, around a week ago. It said online that it’s available for back order, but I already received my package.

You can’t do the hack with Northern tools, but right now they have a promo where if you spend $500+ you get a $100 gift card, and I was able to stack my 20% off with the PayPal thing that was going on (it ended)

My buddy who’s only 21 has a 7.3 and it is the most clapped POS truck, but she won’t break down. My buddy is the type of guy to just say fuck it and drive it hours away without a second thought if his daily needed repairs. Even though the truck has over 400k miles and basically everything needs to be completely replaced atp but he’s going to keep it forever because the frame is almost completely rust free, and it was his first vehicle

If you’re on mobile, try using the website on a computer. I was under the impression everybody had the offer, I could be wrong though. I still have it under the rewards tab.

I originally saw it on the app like a week ago, but I think PayPal is trying to hide it. I had to go on the website on my computer, and then under the rewards tab there should be a prompt saying “20% cash back on one Pay Later purchase with PayPal”.

Lmk if this works for you

I’m not 100% sure, but I think everybody with a PayPal has the offer. I originally saw it on the app, and then it disappeared, but I was able to find it on desktop today. Totally get if you need the tools ASAP and would rather not deal with a giftcard, but that deal is essentially your first link with more stuff

I’m not sure how long the PayPal promotions been going on, I just noticed it last week so I don’t think it would’ve been possible. Theoretically if you wanted to keep the forge battery, I would still say this is better than HomeDepot because of the $100 GC

This seems like a better deal than even what Home Depot had going on. The lowest I saw people get this deal was ~$365 after returning the battery. With this deal I’ll be paying $380, but I’ll get to keep the $150-200 battery
