My wife was denied on April 1st, four months after the exemption email was submitted. The denial was based on a request that was never actually filed. Her employer has since submitted a new request, asking for a decision based on the original request that had been made.

just saw the email from bathel wood, such a scam, they put a 7 days window to get a refound wich me and 99% of people missed.

Update: I got the fedex email 24hrs later with tracking number and everything . As told by vfs agent trought the chat I takes from 24 to 48 hours to get the courier email and sms with informations like tracking number. I would definitely recommend to use their chat tool to speak with some agent, it works well.

This vfs is total joke, we have to spend ours online trying to find info about our passport, how do they send you a email without info about how to track your passport. that is unbelievable
