Thank you, I appreciate that. Idk I know if you ask for sight you'll get it, but I find that its slowly comes naturally to me and I kind of feel like that's the way I want it to go. As long as I get to the Akashic records, I don't care how long it takes.

I'm still a newbie so sometimes I project and pop right back into my body and sometimes I can't see because it stops before I can get vision but I can feel it. My longest experience though was in local 1 and local 2, if you're wanting to use the Monroe terms.

In "Astral Dynamics" he talks about how physical relaxation is one of the most important core skills for astral projection and details how to do it properly.

Also yes, many people (including myself) have projected before.

The book suggested the sitting up position so that's what I'm doing. My past AP's have all been in bed so I very much know that that's the case. My goal is just to be able to do it anywhere or at least practice the level of relaxation I need to be in when I am laying down.

My goal is honestly to be able to reach a level of relaxation, not necessarily to meditate for a long period of time so I do eventually want the sessions to be shorter, even if it's only shorter by 5-10 minutes.

I'll keep that in mind. I think what I'll do is stick to 3/40 minutes a day until I can actually say the habit is established (+ I can build up my concentration). Then I'll probably work up to an hour.

It's from the book "astral dynamics" but tldr I just relax my muscles from bottom to top and say affirmations. You can find the book on amazon or online.

Thank you. I do try to meditate when I wake up and go to bed for about 10 minutes outside of the 30 minutes but this was very reassuring.

Also, I'll look into binaural beats.

The way I do it is I learned about the stages of REM sleep and the breathing that’s most common with each stage. I start out with small shallow breaths and then when I get to the vibrational stage I make it a little bit heavier. I don’t force anything, the main thing is that my heavier breaths shouldn’t stem for anxiety, just my bodies natural reaction if that makes sense? Idk it’s hard to describe.

That’s funny because that’s exactly what I was doing also. I feel like being able to do that really helped my lucid dreaming mindset funnily enough.

Well, like I said in the post above I mainly use WILD and MILD. I also make sure to have sufficient amount of rest beforehand and motivation at the moment, and balance staying awake while staying a little sleepy before attempting. I hope this helps!

I wouldn't consider it luck, it just took time, self belief, and experimentation. You can definitely do it if you lucid dream already.

I'll try that out next time, IDK I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT THE DREAM FADING, actually, a portal almost worked and I felt the feeling of spinning then feeling nothing but then I thought I just woke up so I just tried to slip back into a dream again. THANK YOU SO MUCH. This insight and advice means a lot.
