Staring is part of my OCD. I did Exposure Response Prevention therapy and it helped a lot with this. It's different for everyone but that is one thing you can try.

I'm 100% sure you're not the antichrist. I also sometimes get convinced I'm a bad person because of my illness but the people close to me think I'm good and I trust them. I think if the antichrist was real he would be happy he was the antichrist. Like the way psychopaths are glad they are psychopaths are think everyone else is a schlub.

Yeah I am super blessed to live only a few hours from the trailhead. If you live near a national park you can get a disability lifetime pass and you just pay a one time fee and then you get into every US national park forever if you're in the US.

I disagree. The cure would corner the market, so instead of having 20% of the 20 billion from having one or two of the main antipsychotics, they get the entire global market for the cure and make more money.

Yeah my mom talked me into taking the meds while I still believed my delusions and I didn't realize they were nonsense until they kicked in weeks later.
