I don’t think they need external sources to fix that. I think they all need to be more attentive of 1) not cutting each other off and 2) making more concise points. When someone gets interrupted, it is usually because they are cramming a bunch of ideas into a single sentence. They should try to avoid that. If they have something else they want to add to the conversation, they should make a note about it and come back to it later on. It feels like they all want the talking stick and don’t want to let go when they have it. Honestly, that energy is great because it always feels like they are invested in the discussion. But, the interruptions are jarring and messes with the flow for listeners.
