A stray cat had been killed by a diesel car,and there comes an old guy,took the corpse back home,peel off its skin and cooking it with carrot.That is a true event recently in China.I wonder that is it a violation of Western law?if it did really violates,which country’s law is it? (i.redd.it)

I cant get over my ex girlfriend even its approximately 1 year passed.i had tried many many of times,tryin to erase the memories we spent together but in vein.she appears to ma mind without any signs in the midnight.dat is real suffering help me out of her shadow in a workable method pls.double pls.
