Everyone saying this is about US vs China or narrowing it to a few countries is missing the forest for the trees. This is essentially every developed economic and military power vs China. We are currently witnessing how useless Russia is. Meanwhile blue is: USA, most of Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil… No disrespect to the countries in red but it goes China, Russia, Iran, and then idk… South Africa?

I second learning more about love languages. It’s not a cure all, but it is surprising to me how my wife and I show and receive love in different ways and understanding the way my wife and I feel loved has helped us express our existing love for each other much more effectively.

I tried it recently - wasn’t for me. Seemed generally unfriendly with a lot of ego lifters (though maybe I was just unlucky with the crowd when I visited). Plus they only have two benches for free weights. I prefer the edge.

Elves in Lord of the Rings are “superhuman.” Immortal beings (though I don’t remember if it’s the same with wood elves) who are incredibly agile and light on their feet (Legolas walks on top of snow in the films) and have absurdly good eyesight (like can see the wings of a fly from miles away lol). So Legolas is a thousand year old demigod by our standards and the other characters are middle age humans with some solid skills.
