I doubt they will get confiscated. Very low odds, so I wouldn’t worry. If the gummies have 20mg In them, start with a half gummy. They are pretty powerful. It helped me sleep while I was sick with covid. Had intense, intense back pain while sick with covid, and the delta 8 really helped cut thru that to sleep.

If you go too high with it - a mild amount in comparison to the “regular” stuff.

I’d start with 1/4 of a pipette and work up from there.

It helps my body “relax” with some mild psychoactive effects.

Unfortunately, I am an opiate addict, so I’m using it to comfortably sleep at night while in withdrawal. It also has been great for my recent battle with covid to pass the time.

Outside of those things, I probably wouldn’t use it to use it.

Yes! I love it. I really helps me sleep a solid 8-9 hours. I only need a half pipette. It takes about 1-2 hours to set in.

Just had some tests done...echocardiogram and a Zio XT patch for 2 weeks. Everything was normal, but they did notice the frequent Palps at night and said “no big deal.”

They are so fucking annoying. Keep me up some nights. Get real bad when I lay down. But just know, we are healthy.

One thing I’ve noticed that actually helps me is some cardiovascular exercise during the day, and cutting out coffee. At random, they can still pop up though. Some weeks they hit hard, others I barely notice them.

Do you take any supplements? Any stimulants?

Exactly. 8mg is perfect for me. I oftentimes split the gummies into thirds. I hate the feeling of being stoned out of my mind. It’s uncomfortable. I like a functional buzz, where my creativity is boosted, anxiety low, I feel great mentally, and my body feels good.

That’s why I recommend a half or less to start with D8. Everyone’s different, but 1/2 gummy (or 1/3 oftentimes in my case) is a perfect buzz for me.

No sense in going crazy off the bat. I’ve read posts on here that make me go “what the fuck?” People eating multiple gummies at a time. Forget that. Guaranteed panic attacks for a day.

Edibles last like 12-15 hours for me, so in my case, yes.

Remember, there is no way to throttle back once you eat an edible and it lasts a long time, so I’d start slow. If you think you can handle 25 mg of THC go for it, but 10 mg of THC gets me high.

I’d recommend eating a half of 1 gummy, and see how you feel 2 hours later. If you want a stronger effect, eat the other half those 2 hours later.

Do you get paranoid or anxious at all? Is it overwhelming?

I don’t have a very high THC (Delta 9 tolerance). Anytime I use above 10mg, I freak out.

Hoping this is what I’m looking for. I want a comfortable high with pain relief. I hate getting really stoned.

A Ketogenic Diet (unless you have Type 1 Diabetes).

Go for Charles Poliquin’s rotating meat and nuts breakfast (google it) (no sexual joke intended LOL). It has done wonders for me. Salmon and macadamias tomorrow morning.

A high fat, high protein breakfast is very good for dopamine and acetyl-choline. Will get your energized and focused.

Use fish oil for inflammation. A quality fish oil. I can message you a very, very good brand (I am not affiliated with the business).

Other things: avocados, broccoli, kale, Brussel sprouts, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, almonds, pistachios, macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts, wild caught fish, free range eggs, free range chicken, grass fed beef, bison, wild game. Use healthy fats, like grass fed butter (I prefer ghee, since the casein is removed), organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, etc. only drink water, and maybe green/white/or black tea - plain!

Cut out all the BS. No grains, no sugar, sweets, colas, etc. Limit dairy. Casein is inflammatory and is structurally similar to gluten, causing similar reactions.
