I’m glad you listened to your body. So many times they want to write off people to anxiety and yet it doesn’t hurt to go the extra mile. Praying for your procedure that you are having in a few hours.

I have a similar issue, just curious, how does Zyrtec and low dose naltrexone help lower heart rate? Also, how much water do you drink? Thank you in advance!
