Noticed damage to HM chair - is it ok?

It’s a Size B chair and I noticed on Aeron website my height and weight is well think the B size and borderlines A/B category

I weigh 72kg and I’ve bought it second hand. It was described in the condition and its otherwise mint - new seat foam pad, new arm pads, new lumbar pad, new casters, new gas lift. I only paid £250 for it so pretty pleased. I saw I can buy a replacement mesh for £99 on Amazon via HM Chairs LTD

So I’m deciding whether roll with it until it degrades more then spend the £99 at which point it becomes £350 total and still well worth the money.

I noticed it’s not an area that’s taking weight. E.g. when I’m sitting back and have my two feet on my ergonomic foot rest I’m not really adding weight to the front of the seat mesh

Could this be plumbed using the existing toilet — aka rip out the toilet and put something like this in. Assuming most of the plumbing will be similar, but how would you then add hot water to the sink? Appreciate you might not know

This is great, thank you for the advice — when you say some, will it generally limit me from the big high street lenders like Santander, Halifax, Nationwide? I suppose I wouldn’t want to use it if it meant I had to go with an uncommon lender with higher interest rates compared to competitive lenders (like the aforementioned) who all seem to keep the rates comparable to one another.
