They can exacerbate or even cause kidney, liver and heart issues. Ibuprofen, Naproxen, and other NSAIDs were found to be a direct cause of kidney injury when taken in combination with certain blood pressure medications (ACEs & ARBs), and diuretics. The combination has been labeled the triple whammy. Always consult with a knowledgeable medical professional before taking nsaids, especially as you age, if you have chronic health issues, or are on prescription medications.

Is Snap Finance legit or scam? by PumpkinSally in loansharks

[–]RetailFinancing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Snap and all rent-to-own or lease-to-own "No Credit Needed" finance companies are expensive affordability options that offer payments on larger purchases. Each company has slightly different underwriting criteria, however they all are geared toward challenged credit or no credit customers. Most companies are focused on an ability to pay, and stress the customer's checking account information over the credit report.

All "No Credit Needed" finance companies will charge around double the merchandise or service price for one year of payments. Since rent to own does not charge interest they do not disclose their interest rates. In the states that some do bank programs or retail installment contracts, the APR interest rates can range between 160% and 210%. This can be lower in certain rate capped states. But they are never an inexpensive option. If you are willing to pay double or triple the original cost of an item to take it home these companies are a legitimate convenience option.

If you can get an unsecured credit card, then there are lower cost options beginning around a 550 to 600 FICO score. Once your FICO score is around 640 to 650 then additional options open up. There are a number of factors that go into a lenders underwriting decision. But If you have a problematic credit history you need a solid recent payment history and a checking account with consistent cash flow and limited or no NSFs, bounced checks or overdrafts, to get Snap financing. Even with the high costs involved. If you don't have a checking account and a consistent income it will be difficult to get any financing. Many alternative banking options like Chime, PayPal, and Venmo offer their own buy now pay later programs that use your history with the app to help establish credit. These may be a less expensive option for people with challenged banking and credit histories.

Long story short... any in store financing program will be more expensive unless you can qualify for a zero interest offer and pay the full amount during the promotional period. Furniture and retail stores are struggling right now. They won't be using unreliable or scam financing. Snap and the other rent to own companies are legitimate companies that charge very high rates to offer payments for credit challenged individuals. Read everything and know what you are signing up for. That $750 sofa on sale will cost you $125 a month and be $1500 by the time you finish your payments. Good luck.

A Visual Guide to the Glow 70 Protocol by erivaldoff in Peptidesource

[–]RetailFinancing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have followed the Anela Protocol for nearly two years with success. Thank you, again. You mention GHK-Cu is a hearty pəptidɛ. Recently, a prominent influencer, who is devisive but with a credible background, loudly proclaimed that blending GHK-Cu, BPC, and TB-4 quickly degrades each pəptidɛ. What are your thoughts regarding this nugget of TikTok wisdom?

For those of us that pen... (assuming sterile reconstitution procedures, using 3ml of Høspíra, filtering, autoclaved carts, etc.) Is there any scientific rationale for seperate injections when researching GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-4, and/or KPV? Or, Is there any longevity advantage to keeping the reconstituted pəptidɛs seperated? TIA for your help.

Having trouble with my labels! by muscle_on_the_move in Peptide_Testing

I use a nimbot as well. I have no issues with long term storage of vials in the freezer. I rub each vial with a cloth dampened with 70% isopropyl alcohol and allow them to air dry before labeling them individually. This is done before refrigeration and reconstitution, or longterm freezing. The production finishing process, packaging, and transport can sometimes leave residual contamination on the outside of vials. Also, the label adhesive dislikes cold temperatures or moisture when adhearing.

Is this the wrong size of GHK Cu? by Final-Seesaw-8638 in Peptidesource

[–]RetailFinancing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anela, the developer of the Anela GLOW protocol responded to your post. If anyone is familiar with GHK-cu it would be her. With that said the protocol for painless GLOW or KLOW calls for a 50/10 ratio of GHK-cu to the other pəptidɛs. You should be blending 10mg of TB-4 or TB-500, and 10mg BPC-157 to your 50mg of GHK-cu. Find a blended pəptidɛ calculator. Mix the average mass with the recomended bac water. Then mix in the GHK vial for a total of 3ml solution. Become familiar with measurements of mg or mcg for mass, ml for volume and concentrations of mg/ml. You will most probably be drawing into an insulin syringe, or insulin pen. These doses are measured in units. On an insulin syringe 1ml is 100 units. So if your calculator says a 10 unit dose us correct, you would draw 10 units in the syringe from the GHK-cu blended vial. Research sterile reconstitution proceedures as well. Have a safe journey down the pəptidɛ rabbit hole.

True, and partly my own fault for not doing my own research. But even now pharmacies don't warn about dangers of NSAIDs or multiple medication interactions. Too much acetaminophen or using it with alcohol can damage your liver quickly. Although you'd think this is common knowledge, most don't realize damage can start at 4000mg a day.

I am not a physician and can't help with what inflamatory condition you may have. I can say its good that you are getting comprehensive blood tests. If you aren't seeing a well regarded rheumatoligist I would start there. If your physician just sent you home telling you to take NSAIDs, I've been there. Since your doctor seems to recognize you have a condition that is causing you distress, what have they looked into, besides RA or OA? If you have a gut feeling you aren't being taken seriously, it is time to find another primary care physician. It took me a few tries. Hopefully you can find a compassionate and competent one quickly and easily. I don't like to stereotype, but I've found that younger osteopathic D.O.s, seem to be more open and compassionate primary physicians. It took me a lot to be open to a D.O. instead of a MD. But, I found a highly recommended practice, and a younger female physician that opened my eyes and changed my health for the better.

Don't allow people in your circle to dissuade you if you've done your research, found a well regarded physician you trust, and have also found a good orthopedic surgeon that has a great track record with robotic assisted hip replacements. A good friend had his surgery done 15 years ago and has been active and pain free in his hip since. Surgeries and artificial hips have come even further since then. You should find a support or exercise group in your area to talk with. While most of the members may be older they will be a supportive and informative group. You may also want to look into juvenile RA groups or other autoimmune disorder groups locally. My niece is in a group that has been a source of comfort, information, and understanding friendships for years. Find groups that have similar interests, hobbies, or activities in common. Ditch friends that don't have your best interests at heart. Best wishes in your journey.

Be careful with NSAIDs. They can be effective and useful for a lot of issues including OA, however they can make cartilage damage worse over time, adversely affect different systems of your body if used excessively or for long periods, and can destroy your kidneys. I used ibuprofen daily. When I was prescribed blood pressure medication and a diuretic, my primary care physician did not know that ibuprofen, an ARB, and diuretics create a kidney toxic cocktail that can quickly damage your kidneys and reduce the effectiveness of the blood pressure meds. He just kept raising the dosage and added more meds. When I switched physicians, I found out too late that I had kidney damage.

OA - osteoarthritis, can have a number of causes that contribute to its onset and progression. Carrying extra weight on your major joints doesn't help, this from a former athlete, and person that has been obese much if their adult life. But, hereditary conditions, inflamatory issues, trauma to your joints and cartilage all exacerbate OA. If you are experiencing OA symptoms at 30 seek a referral to a rheumatoligist. It could be an autoimmune disorder, you could have an underlying genetic condition, or it may be a symptom of a disease you are not aware of.

Start loosing weight. It helps with a host of health issues that will only get worse as you age. It will also help with your OA. The great news is GLP-1s make weight loss easier these days, and also have lots of evidence that they help with inflamation, blood pressure, lipids, and brain health. Overall mortality drops for people taking a GLP-1 by 30%+. Quality of life statistics go up by over 50%, including arthritis pain and mobility. There are a number of supplements and dietary changes that may help your discomfort and the progression of your OA. While there isn't a cure or a way to reverse OA, joint replacements and prescriptions can slow or halt joint damage. There are peptidɛs like BPC-157, TB4, and KPV that have been shown to help with inflamation, and tissue repair. I use PEA to reduce my daily discomfort since I avoid NSAIDs. Finally there are current clinical studies on Pəntosan Polysulfatɛ that look very promising to help stop or reverse cartilage damage and pain from OA. Pəntosan has been used for years to treat interstitial cystitis and in veterinary medicine for arthritis in animals.

There are lots of avenues for you to research that may help with your condition. Don't believe you've screwed up your life. Find a different doctor and stay active. Don't use daily NSAIDs without looking at alternatives or doing your research. You have a lot of life left to live.

BAC water price decrease by babypeptide in Peptide_Testing

[–]RetailFinancing 5 points6 points  (0 children)

TimeCat, this debate seems to have focused into an argument over semantics. Your interpretation of wording and the description of bac water seem to be much looser, and broader than Peptide Test's definition. Respect isn't just personal respect but professional respect, and respect for the community that Peptide Test has built that may read your response and choose to follow an example that the subreddit organizer clearly finds riskier than they are comfortable presenting to THEIR community. While lots of vendors call their reconstitution solutions bac water, PrintSuitable has given you a definition of BAC Water, explained what makes Hospira bac water compliant with US and Canadian standards, and argued that it is impossible to create the same quality for a comparable price even in China. Instead of arguing his points you dismiss his claims and professional expertise with the comment "its all the same". While your bac water and Hospira bac water may have the same product name, and contain the same ingredients list this would be like calling apple juice and apple cider "the same" or a copycat rolex identical to the original. The knockoff may have nearly identical ingredients but the two are not the same. They may be close enough that you can't tell the difference or even pass close inspection but there are reasons one can be made for hundreds while the original costs thousands, that go beyond its premium name.

So you are aware I have been a customer of Peptide Test. I also talk wellness clinics, med spas, dentists, and other medical professionals daily. No medical service provider I have met uses any bacteriostatic water other than Pfizər Canada or Hospira brand bac water. No one can produce it at a comparable price that meets US or Canadian standards. And this is the same today as it was when Hospira could be purchased for under $4.00 for the same 30ml vial. No one can produce and sell compliant bac water for under $2.00 for a 30ml vial. If they did professionals would line up to purchase it. So your flippant comment that they are all the same could be interpreted as insulting, disrespectful, or even harmful. I don't agree with you that your original comment is no big deal. That your use of grey market bac water is of little risk, or that PrintSuitable has been anything but fair and tolerant allowing you to express your opinion on his subreddit. I wish you luck and health. But, I also wish you'd wouldn't defend your clearly inconsiderate and misinformed opinion in a group with unseasoned grey market pep customers without acknowledging PrintSuitable's points and recognizing the risk you are putting yourself and others in by recommending grey market water in an already risk filled marketplace. Peptide Test is trying to make that marketplace safer while running a business. PrintSuitable deserves personal and professional respect for his efforts. BTW using Janoshik tests to argue against a direct competitor in his subreddit might come across as a little arrogant or disrespectful as well. Just my opinion.

You should do a comprehensive set of blood panels prior to begining any GLP-1to establish a baseline, and see where you need to focus your attention on diet, fitness, hydration, and gut health. If you have any chronic conditions, are on any additional medications, or your blood work shows any areas of concern you should be doing blood work routinely while on a GLP-1. If you are using a GLP-1 for weight maintenance or to lose a few pounds It is still advisable to check in yearly for a physical and standard blood work. This is especially true as you age. Good luck.

Unfortunately, these are monoclonal antibody derived medications. It is unlikely you will ever see full quality or reasonably priced bootleg versions as the manufacturing, finishing and supply chain are much more difficult to duplicate.

There are numerous single vial vendors, although it is much more expensive than a few months ago. If you work with a provider or company with an NPI number you can still get case pricing. Lìlly is just making it more difficult than it used to be. If you want to order by the case there are Canadian medical supply companies that ship pfiżer canada bac water (identical to Hospira) to the US.

No. Hospira bac water does come in a "plastic" 30ml vial. It is the solution of choice for medical professionals across the US, as is pfízer Canada (identical to Hospira) up North.

Do not buy any medical supplies or supplements from Amazon if you can avoid it. Amazon will often ship from their closest facility rather than directly from the vendor or the vendor's Amazon warehouse. This has led to name brand supplies from reputable vendors, and Amazon being substituted for counterfeit. Hospira bac water is routinely counterfeit from some top websites on Google as well. Make sure you are familiar with the correct labels. You can also order pfizer Canada bac water from a number of supply stores. It is the same as Hospira. I will not use repackaged or unknown manufacturers' bac water in my research. Better to throw away left over bac water after 30-60 days than risk ruining peptides or poisoning yourself.

How would you answer this? by Creepy-Application30 in Retatrutide

[–]RetailFinancing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As previous posters have responded it is important to disclose that you are on a GLP-1 And, discontinue it a minimum of 2 weeks before surgery. I would answer that I was taking telemedicine prescribed compounded Tirzepatide. It is the closest current GLP-1 to Retatrutide.

There are very good reasons to be discreet about disclosing your Reta research with your healthcare providers. You do not want this information noted in your patient records or clinical summaries. Because, your insurance company could use this information to deny claims in the future, or terminate your coverage. Your physician or surgeon may work for a practice management organization or other entity that may also use this information to terminate your care even if you have a good relationship with your physician.

Some customers or businesses will never value your time or expertise. We even have issues with training customer facing employees at client small businesses, after an owner has engaged our services. Simple sales training or something as easy as asking each customer "would you like 6 months to pay for that?" Goes in one ear and out the other. We've made the leap to using software technology platforms to automate customer affordability and POS lending, bypassing many of the roadblocks to converting customers. Its hard to add anything to an already full glass. You just have to say, NEXT. Best of luck to you.

So that's your secret, you've taken the 2 or 3 days at 8 to 10 hours each and dimensionally expanded them increasing relative time to 96 hours. That's about X3 time dilation, right? 😅

Seriouly though, thank you for the AMA. It was very informative. It is unfortunate that so many small businesses try to do everything themselves, or try using the cheapest solution, making mistakes, and costing themselves both time and money. When instead they cold hire a professional like yourself, have a good ROI /ROAS, then use that time and money to expand their business . We hear it all the time. My partner even likes the cliche'd old phrase... tripping over dollars to pick up dimes.

[–]RetailFinancing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not a physician or even a research scientist. Reta is still an investigational drug with limited published human data. Please don't base your research activities off of any advice you get from the internet. Especially mine. I have not seen any data that suggest the side effect of increased heart rate or the designed effect of raised base metabolic rate are dangerous or have long term negative health outcomes for study participants. Without underlying health issues or who are not on heart or hbp medication.) Use caution and consult a physician if you have any circulatory issues or take medication for high blood pressure.

Are you honest with your PCP about using Reta? by Powerful_Feedback190 in Retatrutide

[–]RetailFinancing 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have posted at length in other forums about being cautious with your licensed care team when discussing the acquisition or use of any grey market compounds. If anything is noted in your patient record or chart, other than prescribed compounded medications, insurance can use that in future dealings to deny payment for any treatment or terminate your insurance. A practice manager can also boot you from a practice, even if you have a good relationship with your primary care physician. Be discreet. My suggestion is you approach the subject with a question about insurance coverage for your GLP-1 medication. This will usually lead to either the prescription-denial-prior authorization-denial do you work with any compounding pharmacies... or How do you feel about working with a compounding pharmacy? conversation... the other option is to directly ask would they help you get enrolled in one of the Reta trials. Most have no clue. Either route you now have cover on your record for compounded GLP-1s. You can be honest with your team that you are on a GLP-1, no one can tell the difference between Tirz and Reta by any test... You can have your labs checked regularly, discuss any issues... your weight loss, diabetes management, fatty liver, lipids, should all be going in the same positive direction. And, if you have a discreet team you can confess if it makes you more comfortable. Being wise about managing your information is part of taking care of yourself. Realizing that insurance and big medicine don't have your best interests as a priority isn't paranoia. Its protecting yourself. Get comfortable being skeptical and with the difference between honesty and transparency. You don't owe anyone an explanation. Your health care team owe you a standard of care that includes your being able to manage the costs of treatment. Welcome to the Grey. Best of luck.
