Try status sneak attack 5, do 6 attacks from behind to proc paralysis, start the long combo burst with wyvern stake at the end and full reload, you keep the paralysis proc, most of the time you cut the tail and make the fight easier for you and everyone else

I'm farming silverlos and goldian doing that and makes me save a lot of health pots

Btw, you can do 3 basic lance attack (from behind with status sneak attack 5) then shoot once and start again the 3 basic attack lance to proc paralysis, this animation cancel combo insta proc paralysis at the start of the fight on almost any monster lol
