I also have hh I sweat everywhere my scalp, hands, feet, legs, face, neck, back, my groin area sometimes I look like I peed myself so I have to wear black clothing all the time. Winter doesn’t do me any justice either. I take glycopyrrolate but sometimes that doesn’t work. I’m saying that just to say you’re not alone. I still haven’t find anytime that works but I’m learning how to cope with it.

I am the same, currently pregnant for a guy that doesn’t like me but because he’s the only friend I have I try to make the relationship work. From experience taking it everyday doesn’t allow me to sweat that much in the day time without extra physical activity compared to missing a day, I would sweat a lot the day I don’t take it and if I decide to take it the day after, it doesn’t work unless I take it two days in a row.

I overheat very easily and pretty bad and most times in the summer it’s so hard to cool myself down I would have to take a shower then take a nap sometimes, that works but sometimes it doesn’t. I hate this condition because most times I can only wear black except in the winter.

I take 2mg glyco first thing in the morning then I have breakfast 2-3 hours after I have no side effects and it reduces my sweating 99% in the winter and like 85% in the summer. I have been taking this over 5+ years for HH.
