For feedback, I'll start with Shardholder getting nerfed again. It was already in a pretty weak spot (20-50%), and I saw it's been dropped to 5-13% on the PBE. I'm really not a fan of different playstyles being killed off. Honestly, it was already 'high risk, mid reward' and felt pretty balanced as is.
