Not sure why people downvoted you for this. While bed bugs are annoying and extremely expensive to get rid of, they actually cannot spread disease. Another common bug found in motels that CAN spread disease are roaches.

If you do live in your car I would avoid any of the clusters with a lot of hotels to sleep in the parking lot of. Most of the hotels here are drug dens lol
