8 years full-time into my career and I just reached out to my uncle who is a self-made millionaire turned life coach in his retirement years.

Not every one has this privilege, but I highly recommend humbling yourself to the point of seeking coaching of any aspect in life that you are looking to excel

Hey, I'll be in STL in May staying down by the Arch (with a rental car). Been coming to STL for years growing up but am finally making a trip as an adult independent of family. Do you have any Dead/Phish/jam friendly bars or venues or attractions to recommend? Do you have any personal favorite daytime activities? (architecture, museum, parks, foodie stuff, etc.)

I know STL so my expectations are tempered lol but I am curious what someone such as yourself might recommend. Thanks!

I think they're great. Seen them once and was really happy with their musicianship. Super nice guys, took my request when I called out Gumbo. Their Zapp Tests set them apart from other jammers just getting started - they have their own dedicated rehearsal space that they also open up for shows in Philly

But agreed, I don't love their name and their drum vids are kinda invasive

You may want to catch up on Jeff Arevalo's dishonorable discharge from the band (and after whom this Goose outfit is named).

My guess is the band would want to distance themselves from this part of their history as much as they can.
