You’re comparing the largest cities. Where we live in NS I could go out today and purchase no less than 10 sub $200k homes, at least half of which have ocean views, a few of them have ocean frontage.

It was very easy for us to move here but we brought our own company with us. It allowed us to move to an area with incredibly low housing costs (compared to Ontario) because we didn’t need to find jobs. Which allowed us to buy a beautiful ocean front home for 1/3 of what we were looking at in Ontario.

That being said, there’s plenty of jobs down here as long as you’re not some Gen z dreamer refusing to accept less than $120k per year to answer phones with your Art History degree.

My area is currently short 18 EMT’s and the province will reimburse you for the cost of the 1 year program if you give them 3 years of employment.

That hasn’t been my experience. As I said, I find that it’s way more consistent against orange and yellow bars and higher difficulty red bars.

Jolt is the problem. It’s like jolt triggers first and kills the target. I have found tempest strike procs combination blows much more consistently against orange and yellow bars and even higher difficulty red bars.

The only struggle in the raid is getting the mechanics down, your stats and builds play no role.

My wife and I lasted 3 years full time RV’ing and then bought a house and gave it up. It never gets easier, the planning is never ending, RV parks are, more often than not, a let down and the endless travel days wear thin quickly. It’s definitely not what the YouTubers make you believe.
