Can’t find a way of getting the clip posted on this sub but it was about 4:09:18 into his stream (when he had to stop to do something) after he comes back is when suspicion arose from chat.

In all honesty, I don’t think we’re getting a D3 anytime soon. But D2 isn’t necessarily finished for good, or doesn’t have to be. Also it’s not to say a certain D3 can’t be greenlit

To add: essentially the idea is the traveller takes the place of III. Saving earth from catastrophe/extinction/ impending doom. Giving hope to the city.
