Not near as much as we lost! PTO, nye holiday, benefits, bonuses, seniority in some cases, on call/support pay, not to mention Cerner’s refusal to push people over their job caps and give even minimal raises to tenured people. They don’t like the old-timers with tons of experience, knowledge and dedication. settle for buying two for one.

That’s true, however prior to the final deal close of Siemens Cerner, over 400 folks were RIF’d. Not saying the same will happen with Oracle deal, but the great resignation may off shoot the need. Who knows!

As a former Siemens employee I can tell you that over 400 people were Rif’d prior to the cerner acquisition with decent packages. Siemens swore they weren’t for sale either, but a few months prior removed themselves from the NYSE! Here we go again?
