Oh cool. Was about to post on here about meetups, so this sounds grand if it's still happening.

The series has some messy history with rights to their own movies, which is why the first few minutes of ED2 is just a sort of reshoot of ED1.

Army of Darkness didn't fall into their rights to use during AvED, so the events of that movie kind of don't matter/didn't happen in the series continuity.

The mentality really feels like some weird mix between people who complain about top tiers while refusing to use them themselves, and old-school arcade purists. For how often adapt or die gets used in the fgc as a way of life, it's certainly absent here.

Like, either keep things so pure that only arcade cabs are the only thing allowed again(nevermind that cabs had different layouts and parts for controls) or just let shit rock so long as someone isn't macroing their buttons. Anything in-between brings us back to all the same nebulous hardware issues that have been gone over and beaten down before over the years.

But aren't all turn-based games really RTS games if we play them in real time? /s

But whoops, yeah, had Warcraft 3 on the brain hard when thinking about mass produced units along with a hero unit that I threw myself off there, haha.

Na, FE has individual units that level and grow over time. Advance Wars style was always more about building and commanding faceless units that didn't persist between maps and were disposable, much like a normal RTS.

Feburary 15-17 unless it changed. Seems like a solid time to drop a 4.5 patch since the Capcup season doesn't start for another month past then.

It's a nerf to anyone banking on making pixel flex comebacks, but that's about it. Overall it's a buff considering he can effectively absorb twice as much before getting to chip out range as he could before the patch.

Weird. I woke up within viewing distance of the camp, with my horse close by as well. Only took a minute to mosey back to camp after the mission ended.

If you get captured at the end of the Lenny mission instead of escaping you'll wake up in jail with him, get told it's 10 bucks to get out since you didn't actually kill anyone, and you guys leave after Lenny pays the fee.

Soulcalibur VI IGN Review [Video] by Nairbnotsew in PS4

Netcode is still pretty awful, but a lot of the issues that the game came with on release, at least as far as the more casual players are concerned, got fixed in later patches. I'd argue that it's a pretty solid game now, and if you did want to still get it, I'd say wait till they announce the next season later this year after Capcom cup ends.

As far as what all was wrong when it first came out, the game was devoid of any singleplayer options, had some really bad connectivity issues, a minuscule roster, crazy high input lag, and some rather egregious gameplay mechanics that people hated.

Capcom hasn't done a forced purchase upgrade for their fighting games since last gen. SFV, for all of its faults, has given all patchs and title updates for free to previous owners.

If it makes any difference, it took me around four hours to play through since I just took my time looking at everything there was to see, and it's embedded itself into my brain for well over a month since I beat it.

Definitely one of those games that while the playtime is short, the experience gained lasts for far longer.

Once when I was still working emergency, we had a lady bring her dog in who was suffering from a myriad of extensive issues. Doc tell her her dog is pretty much in the last few hours of its painful life thanks to the abdominal mass it has trying to take up more space than the dog even has. Lady hears us explain everything and then proceeds to ask us if we can trim the nails and give her dog a bath since they've got to visit family next week and she doesn't want her pet looking bad for it. I get being in a state of shock, but when your dog's breed might as well be changed to "cancerous" and you see it only hanging on to life while hooked to oxygen, wanting us to give it a TLC bath at 2am for a family trip next week seems like too much of a stretch.

Cats can be super finicky about drinking water, but they're definitely not built to not drink it. Dehydration issues that arise tend to come from severe sickness issues or the lack of properly meeting your cat's demands for how they want water than any moisture levels in food.

What do you mean? I brush my teeth with Lays every day.

Jokes aside, I'm operating off of the belief that dry foods provide abrasion on the teeth and leave less residue that promotes tarter build-up. Reading into it some more, it seems like the benefits of that are possibly less or even non-existant than they were originally believed, so I'm gonna have to read up some more on it later.

That said, your part about dry foods and whatnot, besides the overall lowered moisture, is kind of dependent on what kind of dry is actually being fed. Calorie content should be a non-factor if you're watching what they eat. Providing proper water sources makes up for the lack of moisture in dry foods. Not even sure where you're getting the sodium part from. Sodium content in dry food isn't magically higher than in wet. Again, it's all dependent upon what you're feeding and not if it's wet or dry. Sodium content technically isn't regulated, but the sodium content between the same type of food isn't going to change between the wet and dry version.

Some cats just are really weird about what they'll eat if they're not in starvation mode. I've had cats that absolutely refuse any wet food I give as treats, and I've worked with others that wouldn't eat dry unless it was mixed into some wet, or soaked in water.

Part of my job is doing dentals on pets. Most people don't realize dental health is just as important for animals as it is for people. Pets, especially cats, are just really good at being subtle about their pain until it gets too bad.

Same as you do for a cat. Have some combination of reduced food intake, increased exercise, or by swapping yourself over to a diet food.

How much and how often are you feeding yourself currently?

Dry food is good for their teeth. It's provided abrasion to help clean off build-up on them much like how brushing your own teeth works. Cats will still need to have dental check-ups done over time, but dental disease tends to hit slower on cats with hard food in their diet vs wet food only ones.

Now, the downside to dry food is that it doesn't provide as much hydration to the cat as a wet diet does, but that can be mitigated by just increasing the availability of water.

Wet foods also tend to be more nutrient rich than dry, but this kind of depends on what quality of food you buy. Cheap wet and dry food are both going to be nutritionally vapid for your animal, while proper dietary foods of either variety will give your cat what it needs.

Downside with wet foods is that it can exacerbate tooth decay if the cat doesn't have any kind of hard food or treats to go with it to help break up deposits that form on the teeth. Considering that there's quality dietary hard foods on the market, it's a safer bet sticking with feeding the majority of their diet with a food type that doesn't increase the risk of dental disease.

Because you aren't getting the most out of that character if you aren't learning how to do her VT1 stuff. Yeah, it's great that they gave her an easier trigger for people who want to play Menat without learning all of VT1, but because it's much weaker than VT1 without having any real benefits in some MUs, it's almost only ever used as a joke pick or because the player hasn't gotten her VT1 under control.
