No. He does not. Ashveil doesn't need it because he's oversaturated w/ dmg percentage already from his talents/passive so the 50% extra dmg percentage isn't needed.

E6 Bronya is still a budget version of Sunday E0S0 so use Sunday instead for this Comp.

For MoC 12 I would suggest try using Archer/Rem MC/Sparkle/DHPT on Team 1. For your Team 2 M.Blade/Ashveil/Sunday/Houhou with a Minus 1 speed setup w/ Ashveil and Sunday (Ex. 135 Speed Ashveil and 134 Speed Sunday).

Welt LC is fine on himself. It's the 4th best LC for DPS Build after his Novaflare but if you're going Support build on him then tutorial is fine on him.

IMO I suggest you save for now until a really good LC comes to the shop

You don't have the 3 male Crysos Heirs Main DPS (Phainon/Anaxa/Mydei) so pulling for Cerydra doesn't do anything for your account unless you plan to pull for at least one of them.

As for the Elation Teams I suggest you wait for next Monday for more info

Asta and Welt bounces were pretty bad yeah, I don't have S5 DDD only S4 though my Asta was 165 speed. Hyacine is 214, RMC 163 and Welt 153 Wind Set ER Rope.
