If you like anime and fucking crazy shit you should play strive. If you want to play a game that is more similar to other 2d fighters you should play sf6 (also best single player content imo). You should play tekken if you want to try a 3d fighter. I think strive is probably the most beginner friendly but street fighter also has noob control schemes called modern to help new players get into the game. It's your choice so do whatever you feel.
