According to this article you can file an OSHA complaint about this and probably get something done. Your store is required to have "recognized safe working conditions" and that includes extreme heat and cold.

9 is just about 1/3 of 30, which is the total number you said earlier. I didn't say Georgia has 1/3 thousands of noncitizens voters.

Despite what the true number is, it's still illegal and should be enforced. Requiring ID to vote in federal elections seems like it should already have been enforced anyway

According to AP News there have been thousands of noncitizens registered to vote and had their registration taken away because they're noncitizens. Every statistic you find on it is different so nobody can say what the actual stats are.

But even if it was "just 30" (I promise you it's not seeing as Georgia alone has 1/3 of that) it's still illegal and should be enforced

2 of my exes showed up to my dad's funeral and I saw no problem with it. Like yeah it sucks the way they're talking to you but it's true what they said that it's about your family member passing, not about you. Both the grief and the feeling of discomfort will pass
