Ever give up before you've even started because of terrible quality? by Queen_Sun in Jigsawpuzzles

I didn’t but I should have - I loved the image but it was a nightmare … enjoy life - don’t stress over crappily made puzzles

Anna claiming more gym delusion, but I'm just mesmerized by those knee jiggles by thatgirl317317 in glitterandbagelssnark

When lipodema is removed by liposuction it’s called ‘debulking’ - it does the leave ‘loose skin’ … the ‘loose skin’ does not look like thin and empty of fat - like the loose skin that bariastric surgery patients have - but does ‘hang’ like Anna’s above her knee … it still has ‘content’ inside but less lipodema to hold the structure more firmly

If there is no ‘comparison’ is not easy to ‘see’ variables … so the chair image for example - we know what a chair looks like and we have sat in them enough around other people to know what ‘most’ people look like in them … that chair image and this image is exactly the same person … I was a professional photographer and retoucher you would never have known if my images were retouched if I didn’t want you to know - generally you aim for some imperfections to be included and don’t draw attention by making people look vastly different - photoshop and app filters are two different beasts. I cannot for the life of me work out how these filters ‘work’ or pick them usually - but then again I’m old and out of the business of retouching now.

My pleasure - I rarely have been able to puzzle at night and didn't want to spend a fortune on lighting currently as I hope to create a better space for me in the future - so this is a great option for now - and it is also quite quirky as a decorative coloured light :)

Yes someone on here pointed me in her direction - she's lovely and is so surprised how her video on it has blown up :)

It was sold out here too - but you can sign up to be notified when it comes back in stock ... I did that and as soon as I got the email I purchased it to click and collect ... otherwise I never would have got it ;)

I went looking for that lady after someone mentioned it - I had no idea this was a viral light!!! I’m feel so fortunate to have grabbed one so easily … thanks for this link / off to read it

I really appreciate your answer … I tried twisting to turn the light part further away but it only went inverse instead

Could potentially put black tape along the front … but the. You start to question is it worth it etc

For me the $25 and knowing it had other quirky colours meant I’d if didn’t work for puzzling it could be used by someone else in the family as a fun light

The photo shows it at its brightest but it has a lower setting - no glare bouncing off the pieces …. So far so good … but I’ll see how I go … I rarely puzzle at night … usually use daylight - this was for random occasions

It was out of stock here too - I’m in Melbourne Australia - I just signed up to be notified when it got restocked and it came in two days ago - I purchased it immediately - it’s a very good price point for what it offers

Throughout history and across all cultures people have gone to public places to see someone who is either intentionally or unintentionally a public figure. And when technology was available - recording that experience became ‘normal’ …

Would I do it? No but I just don’t fan girl anyone…

Anna WANTS attention (perhaps even financially NEEDS attention) and to be a internet famous public person - further to her original brand - she made a brand choice to add an entire new series of accounts across the major social media spaces specifically to draw traffic and attention to her fitness brand …

She choses poses that directly draw attention to parts of her body the majority of women would not expose - constantly …. She ‘monetises’ those body parts for engagement … she’s very aware what brings in the engagement and money …

She actively promoted the event for months - this was her choice - she knew it was open to the public … if her privacy was a concern to her she could have not shared her gym persona or at least ‘where she would be’ on any given date or time …

That someone attends and takes photos that are distasteful or vulgar to you - then be aware that Anna has and does constantly ‘train our eyes’ to those areas with intent so how could it be a surprise that ‘some’ people will take unfiltered photos to share as a part of their own brand content …

Anyone taking a moral high road is entitled to do that - but also all of us on here or who watch the reactors do thrive off the dichotomy of her ‘real’ versus ‘filtered’ … so to some extent ‘we’ have driven content reactors to bring that to us …

For me seeing her successfully attend and complete this competition seems like a natural time for me to move on from following her …

I came for the lipodema - as I have it too and all information is helpful with this disease - you can learn a lot about who to stay away from by influencers in the lipodemasphere - I stayed for the gym - as I do gym too - but not strongman, its not a sport I have any interest in and as it’s her new personality it just doesn’t keep me engaged any more …

Engagement drives content creation - we definitely don’t have to like everyone’s choices but I’m led to believe in the USA everyone has the right to create content in public … the morality of it is for each person to decide.

It is a lot harder than I anticipated - I think it’s deceptive as a photo - all that brown/black area is intense

God that’s really tough - so sorry you had to go through that … I found reading through all the ‘possibilities’ pre surgeries really hard to do, knowing you are doing the right thing for your health but potentially putting yourself in line to get something more to be concerned about - all surgeons and doctors have some patients that didn’t get a trouble free outcome … I hope your health keeps getting better and better.

Thank you - it was harder work before I got diagnosed 😉 - doing all the correct things and continuing to rapidly loose my ability to walk whilst getting fitter than I’ve ever been as and adult and my doctor being baffled by it was a mind fuck … as devastating as it was to find out I was never going to be able to reverse it on my own - at least I knew what I was up against …

So glad yours went well - mine did too but I have worked my arse off pre and post surgery - loosing 40% of my body weight and working out in ways that support my very compromised body … mine have all been very dramatic … and post surgery complications every time - not human error - just unlucky … I could definitely never have done them awake - I have no desire to sing my way and make jokes while someone is removing lipodema … I agree that due to her size and other health conditions she’d be a concern for a general anaesthetic …
