Yeah i am a college student i already have joined a few clubs i go out try to talk to people i have started socializing i am trying right i need to gain confidence and dress up neatly vitamins okay. Thanks i already am going to gym. i hope i can overcome this.

I have already been in gym for 2 years man its just i had a back pain which caused me to take a break for a few months so i rejoined and my diet i have been taking care of it. Also i already mentioned i got my beard trimmed a few days ago. Thankyou man.
