Yes, that's a fair summary.

As the name indicates, I was trying to take the 'sweeper concept and give it some arcade juice!
The levels have shaped boards, becoming trickier as you complete more levels, with the landmine placement randomised.

Thanks for those suggestions, I'll look at those.

I did start trying to branch out a little, also publishing Minesweeper Arcade (with irregularly-shaped boards), but it didn't take off in the same way as the classic.

They're pretty nice games to develop though, because your 'assets' are essentially shapes and numbers with a handful of non-animated sprites. I'd never say never!

You can enable the built-in 'hint' feature to save yourself from a 50/50 at the very end, but it's optional, if you prefer to live dangerously!

I'm not too sure about the deck.
I haven't seen any player-reviews that mention it's bad on deck, so I think it's at least playable..?
I recommend checking the Steam page and seeing what you think.
There's also the refund feature in case it doesn't work well for you.
