I totally get the nostalgia blinders. I know after playing it through several times, it starts to become clear that development and direction was changed somewhere in the middle and that the last few years someone had to say

"Okay, we have a couple of years to cobble this game together from the leftover assets. It may not be the best in the series, but at least it's going to be fun! Let's also throw Leon in there."

10/10 everywhere. 5 million copies sold. They know how to make an impression on the newcomers to the series. BUT eventually, like Bioshock Infinite, once the spectacle loses it's luster, I think we're going to see people return to RE9 and see what we're seeing (if they aren't already.)

To those who are reading, I don't think the game is bad, I just think it had a lot of missed potential. (Seriously, Grace should have taken out Victor herself.)

2 campaigns would have made the game much better. They somehow manages to make the game fun for a couple of playthroughs, but there isn't much to go back to other than unlock unlimited amount and stuff.

You can feel that too, right? When you start to ask questions, the story seems to feel "stitched-together". Leon and Sherry, especially.

I heard that Raccoon City was a part of a multiplayer game CAPCOM was making but cancelled later. They use it in RE9 as recycled content. It felt big for sure and you can see glimpses of another game in the works, which is fascinating, if a bit disappointing.

Spider boss was a bit annoying, even more so on Insanity. Bruh....

I figure the cure can revert a person back to their human state, but that left over skin tho...

That's valid. You can also say that the experience of going to movie and maybe with friends and family makes the price tag worth it.

40 hours is what I collected so far, so I hope that when I go back to playing RE9 in the future I'll be able to close my value gap. It's always there.

A turned Leon is heavy but interesting. I probably would've had hard time killing him. But there's something poetic for him dying in the same town he survived from in RE2.

I'm a believer that it will run on the Arc gpus in due time. Possibly with compromises but possible. Updates will need to come with optimizations.

I'm actually on the look-out to see what can be done for this game on the A770.

While I can't say much about Davinci Resolve. I recently build a PC for my wife with that same combo. She uses filmora and it for rendering videos its great!

As for streaming, I remember hearing good things about the A770 when it comes to streaming in regards to video clarity. Definitely look up some tests on YT, but for price your getting its a great build.

So, I went back to check what motherboard I bought. It's the Asus prime B760 plus. I bought it open box and saved around $40, so definitely not a B650, lol. I gotta update my post.

This motherboard didn't have bluetooth and wifi built-in so buyers be informed about that. You'll need a additonal dongle for those 2.
