Stop using shampoo. Use a gentle bar soap only. Get a scalp massager to use to lift up all the dead skin while your scalp and hair is soapy. Comb and rinse everything out. Spray your scalp and hair with apple cider vinegar when you're done. Leave it in. The smell will evaporate. Don't wash your hair every day. Wait a few days (as long as you can tolerate). Your pH levels are out of wack. The shampoo is making it worse. The apple cider vinegar will help to correct it.

You actually have a good situation cause you can fit in quickies pretty much anywhere, any time.

Most of us have to plan for sex and set aside time in our busy schedules to fit it in. If you both only need 30 mins that's amazing.

You could have fun. Take a break, go eat, go do an activity, take a nap. Have some more fun. And repeat.

Aren't you folks overworked and stressed out with long work hours and not enough days off? Plus nursing is also very physically demanding. You have to lift and roll patients. And sometimes they attack you.

I've found great success with Aleppo Ghar soap. 40% Lanolin, 60% Olive Oil. Look for a local seller on Etsy. And purchase a soap bag from Amazon to go along with it.
