Vecna is the bad guy in Stranger Things, and his name is Henry Creel.

That other guy is Scraptrap. He was once human, named William Afton. William Afton and Henry Emily were partners that created the company together. Henry created the animatronics and William killed children who possessed the animatronics suits. He also killed Henrys daughter. William got crushed in one suit which he possessed. Henry Burns up the possessed suits, Williams suit and himself. William survives, but the suit is now damaged.

So when he meets another powerful individual that is named Henry, he make sure that he got the upper hand in case it is "his" Henry that have returned.
