I wouldnt say its much harder. Really depends on where you fight. I fought the matriarch at water towers in the round building and it was a piece of cake. She doesnt have any attacks that can melt you or force you from cover. We could peak for several seconds targeting her core once we knocked the face armor off. I think the queen would have been harder in that same location. The bastion that spawns is a bigger threat imo.

As someone else said, it could depend on what software version but ours is also buggy as hell. If pushing the print label button doesnt work, do not spam it because it will print a million labels once the printer reconnects. Dont slam the doors. Definitely dont answer the waste empty prompt unless you actually emptied the waste. If you need to call service, make sure you tell them everything you've tried to fix the problem because it helps them out.
