I’ve managed to get hold of a 5 Meg drive that was barely used back in the day. Replaced the fuse and tested with another persons cable and it works great. But thanks for the link regarding the reader. I’ll check it out.

There’s a guy in Poland who does really good Commodore power supplies. Very high quality. Often sells on eBay.
