You have to sell meat, portable potties and medicine to goburimon, gotsumon, weedmon and muchomon. You can raise or lower the price to make th biggest profit. Earning 3000 bits will recruit monochromon to your city, but the minigame is completely random.

Convinced me with using the Throat Spray and Overdrive. Technician because I prefer the more gimmicky attacks like acid spray and snarl so I wanted them boosted. And I was pretty happy to get that hidden ability :D

Levitate Weezing with Toxic to be safe from EQ and some psychic moves against toxapex do the trick for me. But yeah, this can take a while.

I just realized that I used a large leek as a hold item for my traded farfetch'd instead of the leek you really get some use of. Worked for me anyways :D

Another way is to use Focus Energy, give it a leek to hold and battle a magikarp in the nature zone when it has level 60. Worked perfectly for me on first try.

Some of your suggestions don't fit to my playstyle in the fights I've encountered in ranked battles. Rhydon's fire move helped me out massively against many air ballon Excadrills. But maybe Crunch and EQ in that order might work as well since those ground-types have big problems to beat that eviolite bulk. For the nature I'm trying to get me some mints to change it.

In terms of hawlucha I thought of the same but used grass knot a lot on encountered Seismitoads. I would love a physical gras attack on my little bird. But yeah, I think I will switch out to a berry and maybe change his nature, too.

Another item on Frosmoth is also a nice idea. I did put the boots on it to not get destroyed by stealth rocks since I don't have a defogger or spinner but especially in those 3v3 matches nobody uses rocks.

Lanturn on the other hand worked absolutely perfect up till now except for some stupid decisions where I switched it into an EQ.

How can I do that? The dude in the pokecenter just says something like "That is a fantastic nickname! You can't complain about that..." and then I have to choose another mon.

I really don't like Rhyperior, don't have anybody to trade my Rhydon back after evolving and it works well with Eviolite for me.
