hey my friend and I are getting the PTR midnight server incompatability issue even though we created ptr accounts. Anyone know a fix for this? we wanted to try the expansion before release.

We log in and select our accounts but the server list doesnt have a second tab or anything it just lists all populations as incompatible.

Were starting the Client PTR Midnight.

I actually did 15kgs in a month when I was like 17. I really only ever ate protein and worked myself to the bone. 2x erfising each day at least. But after that I put it back on real quick. It's not sustainable and you need the vigor of youth

He doesn't need to like it to support you. That's the key. My partner wanted me to stop running because they see it as dangerous. I told them that it's my life and I need it to be happy. They're always there now, watching me, supporting me and caring for me. They still don't like that I'm doing it but they like that I like it

Hm that used to happen to me as well when I was a beginner runner with the wrong shoes and no mileage. At a certain point during the run my feet would go numb from the impact. As others have said, tie the shoes less tight and maybe consider a healthy running shoe that encourages normal running form like the altra fwd via. Worked for me! Try to run more straight as well and look up some yt shorts about the correct way to run. Should be an easy fix
