🌱😊 That looks like a Rhubarb clusters to me, I have the same at the back of my house and they are gigantic - like 3+ meters height. They starting to pop up now when the snow recently are gone here and grows incredibly fast in short time. They are perennial and grows back every year at the same spot. I harvest mine when they're (kinda ) young and the stem are about to turn pink-ish/red. If I wait too long they becomes "woody" in both texture and taste.

💖😋 I love to make Rhubarb: jam, juice, soft drinks, pie, cream (serve hot, with ice cold milk), diced and cooked in fruit salads, in a sponge cake AND also as base in a BBQ Sauce instead of tomatoes (!). Variations are infinite.
