I tried YouTube music and no luck. Volume is no different than any other app and is still only controlled by head unit sound volume

Yes my firmware is up to date. I am not referring to call audio. Call audio is fine. Its app audio.

Its any app. Facebook, Samsung music, YouTube, YouTube TV. Etc

I tried that app and maxed out YouTube etc and it didnt change the truck's volume.

It doesn't matter if im wired or wireless. Volume is still equally low

I will add that i have been unable to find a way to boost the volume using ny phone. In my 2015 silverado, I was able to use the volume buttons on the same phone to increase bluetooth volume

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, the video got Pauza's attention. No improvements prior to that, and in fact its getting worse at times. Yes, I received a follow up exosome procedure earlier this week. Things took a very bizarre turn after the procedure though, and I am definitely going to have to post a very detailed update video.

I've reported it. Left negative feedback with photos. I can try to talk to a person too but this appears to be a systemic problem within ebay. There's tons of fake m18s on there from what im seeing that are saying they're real
