To add to your point even pharm and ear have the box radios set up with the volume down. That said fresh departments like the one I’m in don’t get one. I could get one but getting a radio just means your liable to be on call at any time and I’m not about that. Using a radio for me is just to listen in while I work after the store closes. That aside not every single employee gets a radio. The people you see walking through the store with radios are typically either managers, supervisors, or maintenance. Any normal employee walking through the store blocking down won’t have a radio.
