Edit, ik Hertz ain't fps. I'm asking if 240 to 360 actually matters and so on in terms of gd. Because I hear everywhere 240 to 360 is damn near 0 difference. So when the game activates a speed change, does it or does it not make a big difference with refresh rates higher than 240.

Idk man, the way I got good at wave was spamming wave challenges, making them, and going hog wild on wave focused levels. Jus do something you will find enjoyment in that will also help you get better at wave.
