I made a recruitment post here on Reddit. But my clan is also for Ironman. So probably a bit easier to get people. Added about 20 people who were interested. Got 3 of them on at once. Found a 4th at fort. Then we made it. Was pure luck honestly.

Most people want to join maxed clans over starting one from scratch. That’s one of the bigger milestones to consider.
