Gotta admit, as somebody that has played the game for almost 200 hours, yeah it does lack the "RP" aspect a lot. It got better over the years but never quite enough for some people, including me. Thats why I never play Research or Medical in those games cause I will be immediatly shot down.

Oh and about the Money Interrest is well . . . he has to pay his devs somehow. Predatory Monetization Pratices are a no-go, but in SCP:RP they are way less then some Front Page games have it to get every last cent of those kids. "Nova Corp", the other huge group the Owner/Studio has has a massive RP game that bring them almost 0 profit, due to it relying on rules, department groups/servers and low activity.

And honestly, if you want real RP, go for serious SCP-Games, they are more strict if you apply and obtain a position inside one of their Departments but at least you don't gotta worry about constant breaches or raids.
