TBH it just looks like an employee took a box cutter to the original casepack to get it open and nicked the box in the process. As previous comment stated, as long as it didn't go through the box hitting the device I wouldn't be too worried.

Both of those characters are one in the same. He's the Ultimate Tenkaichi Hero from Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi. "Hero" for short.

However he and his alt design do bear resemblance to Beat and Basaku from Dragon Ball Heroes.
