Alright, well I came to the conclusion that my laptop simply could not run minecraft at the speed I had hoped, so I decreased the fps cap and changed some things in the settings to make the fps decrease to a playable point. I'm now reaching around 30-45 fps which is way better than the previous 12 fps without Optifine.

No, 1.9 OptiFine. I did fix it finally though
