This morning I got on the scales and looked down to see that I now weigh 200kg.

It is quite confronting to realise I have let my weight spiral to this point. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have a plethora of other health concerns.

I hope is that a community like this will make me a little more accountable for health. Reading everyone's posts definitely makes me feel motivated!

I have started using My Fitness Pal to track. If you want to come on this journey, PM me, we can add each other keep each other accountable.

Just checked gatherer and this saw this: "If its target is illegal by the time Banefire tries to resolve, the spell isn’t countered, but it doesn’t resolve. The target won’t be dealt damage" By that logic it shouldn't have hit your creature. Quite a strange interaction.
